What materials are used for Otto Maps prints?
We use museum-grade 200gsm archival matte paper and fade-resistant pigment inks to ensure your map remains vibrant for decades. Our wooden frames are sourced from sustainable forests and come with shatterproof plexiglass.
How long does shipping take?
Standard production takes 2-4 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on your location.
Are the maps framed upon delivery?
We offer both 'Print Only' and 'Framed' options. If you select a framed version, your map will arrive professionally mounted and ready to hang right out of the box.
Can I request a custom location or design?
Yes! We specialize in custom cartography. You can use our 'Create Your Own' tool to select any coordinates globally, or contact our design team for bespoke color palettes and labels.
What is your return policy for home decor?
Since our maps are printed to order, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage to receive a free replacement.
How are the maps packaged to prevent damage?
Prints are rolled in heavy-duty cardboard tubes, while framed maps are secured with reinforced corner protectors and multiple layers of protective bubble wrap in a flat, high-strength box.
